Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Each event is age specific. Upcoming events are suited to 18-28s, 20-35s, 28-45s, and 45s Plus.
What to wear?
Come to the event in comfy clothes that you're able to move freely in and shoes that are easy to slip off. Shoes and socks are taken off for the class. If you're up for joining the crew for dinner/nibbles/drinks post class, bring a change of clothes & footwear.
What can/can't I bring to an event?
Feel free to BYO water bottle, towel and yoga mat. Or, you can use the mats provided at the venue.
Are there provisions for same-sex partner matching & couples classes?
Our PDY Couples events are suited to all couples regardless of age and/or gender preference. Each Singles event is age and gender specific. Check out our Perth events page for upcoming events that include separate and discreet events for girls and guys interested in Same/Same PDY. We are really excited about the level of interest so far. We look forward to accommodating everyone!

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Ticket price is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Power Dating Yoga event organizers reserve the right to transfer your ticket to another suitable event should there be uneven numbers at any given event.
Power Dating Yoga event organizers also reserve the right to cancel a ticket for any given reason. In the event that this occurs, a full refund will be given.
How do I stay informed about event information?
If you add "PD Yogi" as a friend on FaceBook, and like our "PDY" page you will receive on-the-fly info on all of our upcoming events.
For Singles, once your ticket has been purchased and you have added "PD Yogi" as a friend on FaceBook, post event we will then be able to add you to the 'Secret Facebook Group' for further networking and exchanges. Only attendees of the event are added to the secret group. There is no limit to the amount of events you can attend, the more the merrier! However, your ticket must be purchased prior to being added to the event specific secret group.

POWER DATING YOGA TERMS OF USE AND DISCLAIMER

Power Dating Yoga ("powerdatingyoga.com.au", "Power Dating Yoga", "Us", "We", "Our" and "Its") and the services it provides to Participants, Subscribers and Web Site Users (hereinafter collectively referred to as Its "Users", "Participant", "Attendee", "You" and "Your") facilitates introductions of single people in a face-to-face, body-to-body manner via partnered yoga postures at a local venue .
Legal Agreement
This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between You and Power Dating Yoga. By using the Power Dating Yoga Web site, subscribing to Its social media page(s) or participating in Its events, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree, then you may not Use the Power Dating Yoga Web site, join Its social network page(s) nor participate in Its events. At any time, this Agreement is subject to change by Power Dating Yoga.
Your Responsibility
Users must be 18 years or older. Any and all information User provides to Power Dating Yoga will be true, complete and correct in all aspects and material information will not be omitted. User will obey all applicable laws and regulations while using the Power Dating Yoga Web site and Events Booking page(s) and while attending Power Dating Yoga Events.
No Representations
Power Dating Yoga makes no representation to Users or others that Its efforts or services will result in any "matches" as defined within the Power Dating Yoga Web site nor will result in any future meeting or date with other Power Dating Yoga event participants.
Singles Events For Singles Only & No Background Checks
If you choose to register for a singles event you affirm that you are single and available and not otherwise "attached". However, Power Dating Yoga does not scrutinize or otherwise check the validity of, or backgrounds of, any User or participant of Its events including another Participant's marital status. User affirms that it is User's full, complete and sole responsibility to perform these actions, if desired, to Your satisfaction. Power Dating Yoga does not conduct background checks on Its registrants or participants.
We make no warranties or representations as to the conduct of Users or their compatibility with any current or future Users. In no event shall Power Dating Yoga be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, special, general, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of You or anyone else in connection with the use of the Service, including without limitation, emotional distress, bodily injury, and/or any other damages resulting from meetings or communications with other registered users of Our Service or persons You meet through Our Service. You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with other Users of the Service, particularly if you decide to meet again after one of Our events. You fully and completely understand that Power Dating Yoga makes no guarantees, either express or implied, regarding your ultimate compatibility with individuals you meet through Our Service.
No Relationship Guarantee
Power Dating Yoga holds no responsibility whatever for the outcome of any relationship that may or may not form between another individual and Yourself that You meet as a result of a Power Dating Yoga event.
Press, Camera’s & Photos
Occasionally, various press or media may cover or attend a Power Dating Yoga event. Although not a regular occurrence, cameras may be present at Our events. We will use our best efforts to communicate and ensure that those Participants who do not wish to be on film are not photographed. Further, User agrees and understands that by attending one of Our events, should he or she be filmed or recorded, he or she will receive no compensation for this.
Errors & Omissions
Power Dating Yoga is not responsible nor liable for errors or omissions of any kind. Furthermore, User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Power Dating Yoga, Its officers, directors, shareholders, consultants, Event Coordinators, agents, employees, partners, affiliates, licensees and subsidiaries from any and all losses, claims, damages, expenses (including reasonable fees, disbursements, and other charges of Counsel), actions, proceedings, liabilities or investigations (whether formal or informal), or threats thereof, based upon, relating to, or arising in connection with Your attendance at any of Our events, any and all of the services that Power Dating Yoga provides or claims to provide, as well as communications or meetings that You arrange on Your own volition and on Your own time with others who have participated in a Power Dating Yoga event. Further, You agree not to initiate any claim whatsoever against Power Dating Yoga as a result of any of Our social gatherings or dating activities and You affirm that You take sole and complete responsibility for any and all actions that might occur during any meeting, communication or date.
Right to Exclude
Power Dating Yoga reserves the right to reject User's registration to any Power Dating Yoga event for any reason whatsoever, or if registration has been effectuated, refund User's registration fee in full and prevent User from participating in any Power Dating Yoga event.
Payment
All payments to be made prior to an Event via Eventbrite. By completing the payment transaction process for one of Our Events, User hereby agrees to pay the Admission Fee charge shown on the appropriate page(s) of the Power Dating Yoga site or Eventbrite site and further affirms that User will not "charge back" or otherwise dispute the Fee for any reason whatsoever including whether User receives any "matches".
Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Purchased tickets to Our Events are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Power Dating Yoga event organizers reserve the right to transfer your ticket to another suitable event should there be uneven numbers at any given event.
Non-Solicitation & Non-Competition
User acknowledges that if he or she works for, is contracted by, or plans to work for or be contracted by any similarly competing service, user will not be able to attend any Power Dating Yoga event without the express permission of a Power Dating Yoga Director prior to registering.
User agrees to not solicit, advertise or market any products or services whatsoever to any participant of any Power Dating Yoga event during an event.
Intellectual Property
Power Dating Yoga owns and retains all proprietary rights in all services offered by Power Dating Yoga including any and all content on the Power Dating Yoga Web site, social media pages and any paper materials provided at Power Dating Yoga events. The terms and phrases "Power Dating Yoga", “Power Date Yoga” and "SDY PDY", are trademarks of Mind Body Collective.

We appreciate Our attendee's willingness to share their stories. If You provide us with a testimonial or success story, we may use it on Our web site and in Our marketing materials without compensation to You.
No Provision of Liability Insurance
Power Dating Yoga and Its affiliates does not provide liability insurance for the protection of individuals, groups, organizations, businesses, spectators, or others who may participate in, or otherwise indirectly be involved in, a Power Dating Yoga Event. In consideration for Your participation in a Power Dating Yoga Event, the individual, group, organization, business, spectator, or other, does hereby release and forever discharge Power Dating Yoga and Its affiliates, jointly and severally from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating in a Power Dating Yoga Event. This extends and applies to, and also covers and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and liability and the consequences thereof, as well as those now disclosed and known to exist. The provisions of any state, federal, local or territorial law or state providing substance that releases shall not extend to claims, demands, injuries, or damages which are known or unsuspected to exist at this time, to the person executing such release, are hereby expressly waived. In participating in a Power Dating Yoga Event, I hereby agree on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, to indemnify Power Dating Yoga and Its affiliates joint and severally from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating in a Power Dating Yoga Event.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding with regard to Your use and/or attendance at Our Events and supersedes all prior representations, oral or written. If any provision, paragraph, subparagraph, sentence, or word of this Agreement is adjudged by any court of law to be void or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the rest of the Agreement shall remain in full and complete effect. The parties agree that in such event, the offending clause will be replaced with a provision or provisions having the same economic effect. This Agreement shall be binding on, and shall inure to the benefit of, the parties to it and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns. You hereby acknowledge that You have read the above Terms and Conditions, understand them, and agree to be legally bound by them.
Change In Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, for any reason. Should we change this Agreement, the new agreement can be found on this web page. Therefore, it is recommended that User periodically review these Terms of Use. This Agreement was last modified on December 6, 2016.
USING THE POWER DATING YOGA WEBSITE AND/OR ATTENDING OUR EVENTS MEANS ACKNOWLEDGING ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OF USE.
